Executive / Senior Executive — Projects

We’re expanding our Projects team and hiring an Executive / Senior Executive to own end-to-end delivery for kitchen openings, brand additions and site upgrades across a high-growth internet-restaurant network. If you deliver commercial kitchen projects on time, on budget and to exacting quality standards — and you thrive in fast-paced scaling environments — we want to hear from you.

Role snapshot

Lead project delivery from site-selection and lease sign-off through design, construction, equipment fit-out and final handover. You will be the single point of accountability for schedule, cost, quality, compliance and operational readiness for every kitchen you deliver.

What you’ll own

  • Project delivery: Feasibility studies; landlord vs company scope sign-off; detailed project plans with timelines, budgets and milestones.
  • Construction lifecycle: Site due diligence, lease coordination, civil works, MEP execution, fit out and handover to Operations and Maintenance.
  • Design for operations: Partner with design and Ops to create efficient kitchen layouts; review and approve architectural and MEP drawings; ensure regulatory compliance.
  • Procurement & vendors: Source, evaluate, negotiate and manage contractors and equipment suppliers; coordinate delivery and installation of kitchen equipment.
  • Budget & risk control: Own project budgets, track expenses and change orders, identify cost-saving opportunities and proactively mitigate risks.
  • Quality & compliance: Regular site inspections; ensure adherence to health, safety, fire and building codes; complete final sign-off and operational readiness checks.
  • Stakeholder communication: Provide clear, timely updates to Operations, Maintenance, Finance, Quality and external partners.

Who should apply

  • Experience: 4+ years in project delivery with at least 3 years focused on commercial kitchens, restaurants or cloud-kitchen setups.
  • Education: Bachelor’s in engineering, Architecture, Project Management, Hospitality or similar. PMP or equivalent is a plus.
  • Skills: Strong knowledge of kitchen workflows, foodservice equipment and commercial construction; ability to read and approve architectural and MEP drawings; proficient with PM tools and budgeting.
  • Attributes: Highly organized, detail-oriented, pragmatic, results-driven and an excellent communicator.
